About us
Yeganeh Stays is a family business from the Cologne region.
For about two years we have been letting furnished apartments in Cologne and Erftstadt to business travellers. We furnish every apartment ourselves, look after our guests personally and take care of every detail – from cleaning to repairs.
Now we are growing and looking for owners who want to hand their property to a reliable tenant for the long term.
Reliable
We do what we agree – on rent, on care and on communication.
Careful
We treat every property as if it were our own.
Personal
As a family business we are there for you ourselves – no anonymous management.
Local
We know Cologne and the surrounding area and are on site quickly.
