We check the legal side first

Letting furnished apartments to changing guests is subject to local rules. In Cologne it needs a permit under the housing protection bylaw (Zweckentfremdung). We check the rules for every property before making an offer and take care of the applications. We also check with you whether the owners’ association’s declaration of division and community rules allow this use.
