Who is my contract partner?
Your contract partner is Yeganeh Stays. We sign a lease with you and are your only tenant – whoever uses the property.
Do I get the rent when the apartment is empty?
Yes. You receive the agreed rent every month – we carry the occupancy risk.
Does my apartment have to be furnished?
No. We take on empty, partly furnished and furnished properties. We agree the furnishing with you.
Is this model allowed in Cologne?
Yes, with a permit. In Cologne, letting to changing guests needs a permit under the housing protection bylaw (Zweckentfremdung). We check this for every property beforehand and take care of the application.
Will the neighbours notice?
Our guests are working professionals staying for weeks or months. Clear house rules apply to every stay, for example quiet hours and no parties.
